Usually this parking lot is empty on week days, but since TVA has opened up the floodgates we've got a traffic jam here every night.

Are the floodgates open? I went to see them when they were open in 1998. Been thinking the floodgates will be open this year, but with us now in New Market I had not heard if Norris had opened the floodgates.

Yes the floodgates are open, and they will probably still be open tomorrow.
