Normally these guys would have long hair. But my husband is in charge of taking them to the groomer and he always tells her to give them a "military cut". I think they like it.

Hey Connie.. When I had a Cocker--I yearned for a short-haired dog. We didn't cut her short, but it was tempting. I had black hairs all over the house and EVERYWHERE. Yuk!!!
Stay warm.
Hugs, Betsy
Funny. I like Cockers. And I bet the black curls were worth it. These dogs spend so much time outdoors we just go ahead and crop their hair. We take them to a cabin on Norris Lake, plus many camping trips all summer.
We say "hi" to Cookie, Pepper, and we can't remember the third one's name...or the fourth...
April named that third on Muffin. She's been taking me on walks when the weather permits. Helping me to get in better physical condition.
Hi,Connie,
It's hard to tell what are they when they are in their underwear...
I have two dogs and they too change beyond recognition every Spring! :-)
