The local news has been reporting bears stirring around Cades Cove. Mark & I decided to investigate for ourselves.

Hi Connie, Yes---there are numerous bears in Cades Cove this year. I heard that they closed the Abrams Falls trail recently due to bears.

They are cute, been thinking about going to Cades Cove this week. Would love to see the bears, but not sure if I will be able to get there.
Abrams Falls is pretty. Been there too. Didn't see any bears but this was yrs. ago.
