Parsons Branch in the Cove

Anytime I see anything resembling a waterfall I think of Betsy. This is just a place in the creek where the water is falling over a few rocks. No not a real waterfall, with a name. Just falling water.
We found several small falls as we hiked this creek.

There are few things in nature that provide humans with the kind of relaxing pleasure we seem to get from the sound of rushing water...the sight of bubbling glitter on the surface where the falling water breaks the surface below it...there is a very real feeling of excitement, awe and satisfaction when we are safely viewing falling water...I love it.
