Cove Lake State Park

It's the weekend, and I've spent most of it indoors. I've got to get out, even if only for a short time.

A thirty minute drive and I'm at Cove Lake. The lake was kinda pretty, but I am soooooo ready for some above freezing temperatures.

These guys love the snow. The park was empty so I let them run free. They darted this way, and that way, checking everything.

I've never been there, Connie, but I know where it is.... Beautiful pictures and a perfect time to visit the park!!!!

Lovely pictures of a lovely place. I always like visiting parks in the winter---so often you have them to yourself and in the quiet, you can hear the sounds of nature.

Looks like your doggies really enjoyed their adventure!

It does seem to be a lonesome place. A place with memories or where ghosts gather to reminisce about their past lives.
