Parsons Branch in the Cove

Anytime I see anything resembling a waterfall I think of Betsy. This is just a place in the creek where the water is falling over a few rocks. No not a real waterfall, with a name. Just falling water.

We found several small falls as we hiked this creek.

Cades Cove Bear

The local news has been reporting bears stirring around Cades Cove. Mark & I decided to investigate for ourselves.

There are four bears n this tree. Momma & three cubs. There is a crowd of humans below the tree, but the bears don't seem to mind.
